Wow I had no idea. Walking a nature trail or taking a stroll through some botanical garden with your significant other is considered aerobic exercise and can have the same effects as going to a gym and working. All you need is 120 minutes a week. Cut your grass an extra time each week. If your like me the yard could use it anyway. This is the same as 75 minutes in the gym on a treadmill or a stationary bike and you will get some fresh air and sun in the process.
If you read our “About us” page then you know I’m also dealing with high blood pressure. I would get these headaches that would last all day. Jennifer; my wife got me in to see our doctor and learned my blood pressure was 202/186. Well, immediately I was put on medication. I’m still taking my medication and my Bloood Pressure is under control. I believe there is a need and place for prescription drugs. But if we can find a way to live a quality life without them then we should.
My take on the topic
I enjoy life so I’m making the changes. I’m going to eat better move more and one day be off the pills completely. I ask you to do the same. We care about you and I’m sure you have a loved one who would like to see you stick around a few more years. So please, leave us a note we would like to hear what you have to say.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and may GOD bless you.
